"A Better Slice of Life" is a powerful documentary based on the journey of people with disabilities gaining their independence by learning practical culinary skills.

The film identifies the potential for 16% of Canadians (combined population of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) who demand recognition on the post secondary educational landscape - an opportunity for career education - a lifetime of independence and contribution.
